Shipping policy

At Miss T Chocolates, we treat our cocoa like gold. Because our chocolates are handcrafted without heavy stabilizers, they are sensitive to time and temperature. To ensure you receive the freshest possible product, we exclusively utilize 1-2 day shipping methods.

To prevent your chocolates from spending the weekend in a shipping warehouse, we follow a strict schedule:

Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Wednesday.

Cut-off: Orders placed after 9:00 PM on Tuesday will be held for shipment the following Monday.

To maintain our quality standards, we do not offer "Economy" or "Ground" services that exceed a 2-day transit time.

We strongly recommend being present for delivery or shipping to a business address to ensure your chocolate isn't left outdoors.

Chocolate’s worst enemy is the sun. When temperatures are ≥ 21°C:

We pack your order in insulated mailers with reusable cold packs (when required). These packs are designed to keep your chocolate cool for up to 72 hours—which is exactly why we limit our shipping to a 2-day maximum.

No P.O. Boxes: Since we use expedited carriers and climate-controlled packaging, we require a physical street address for all deliveries.

International: Currently, Miss T Chocolates ships exclusively within Canada.

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Because we ship perishable goods on an expedited timeline, we cannot reroute packages once they have left our kitchen. Miss T Chocolates is not responsible for shipments delayed by incorrect address information.

We take every precaution to ensure your chocolate arrives in pristine condition. If your order arrives damaged or melted despite our 2-3 day shipping window, please:

  1. Take a photo of the product and the packaging.

  2. Email us at sales@misstchocolates.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a solution.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your chocolates hit the road. Keep an eye on your inbox so you can get your treats inside and into a cool spot as soon as they arrive!
